FirstGen Collective operates on a made-to-order production model.

This means:

  • Products are produced after an order is placed, not held as inventory
  • Production and fulfillment timelines may differ from traditional retail
  • Policies are structured to reflect this model

As a result, our approach prioritizes:

  • Order accuracy before purchase
  • Production integrity during fulfillment
  • Resolution-based support after delivery

SECTION 2 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have appropriate consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, assigned, or sold.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS AND REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to accurately present our products. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary based on device settings
  • Final products may differ slightly from on-screen representations
  • Product descriptions and availability may change without notice

We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations beyond their described specifications.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND PRODUCTION

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase a made-to-order product.

Orders are not accepted until confirmed by us.

Once an order is accepted:

  • Production may begin shortly thereafter
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders due to errors, fraud risk, or other operational considerations

If an order is canceled or adjusted, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

 

SECTION 5 — PRICING AND BILLING

All prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All charges will be honored
  • You will pay all applicable fees, including shipping and taxes

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

 

 

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Events outside our control

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item), you must contact us within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy [LINK].

If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

This resolution-based approach reflects our production model.

All content within the Services—including designs, text, graphics, and brand elements—is owned by FirstGen Collective or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links.

These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their content, performance, or terms. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 — SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP

Our store is powered by Shopify. However:

  • All transactions are between you and FirstGen Collective
  • Shopify is not responsible for any purchase, product, or issue arising from your order

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain data may also be processed by Shopify and its partners.
