Returns & Refunds

Each item is produced on demand once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.

To report an issue, contact us at admin1@firstgenn.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue so we can assess it accurately.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Accuracy & Sizing

Because items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing or preference-related issues.

We encourage customers to review sizing guides and product details carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, we will provide a resolution as outlined above. If you would like a different size or variation, a new order will need to be placed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, as our products are made to order, this right does not apply once production has begun or the item has been fulfilled.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
